Google Tag Assistant error - showing up old shopify theme

I’ve set up GA4 and GSC, but when I’ve ran Tag assistant to check everything its bringing up an old theme I started with on Shopify.

Anyone else had this, and how did you update it to your current theme?

I hope you are doing well, it may be the case that gtag code is static in theme.liquid, you can check it there or you may be checking it in unpublished theme, please check theme.liquid for old ID and check if you are previewing an upublished theme, you can try it in browser private window as well to avoid any cache.
