Google has requirements for them to support a store. You can check it on their Google merchant requirements website however, if you feel like the violations are not appropriate, I highly suggest that you reach to Google Merchant support, so they can further check your account with them and further assist you.

Google is introducing new requirements from time to time and in order to comply, you need to submit additional info.
Merchant Ad verification has been introduced recently – my guess is they need that for the upcoming elections or something.
Read carefully what you are not compliant with and follow instructions – usually it is something not very hard to provide.
It might also be that the AI that runs and checks the ads has done a mistake in which case you’d better contact support ASAP – you might need to contact them several times, because AI is strong with them :))
