Google&Youtube Channel App connected to GA4 - event user data flowing, but no e-commerce data?

Hello - we have used Shopify’s Google&YouTube app to connect GA4, and we see event and user behaviour data flowing through all fine. We do not however see any revenue data in GA4 showing, so no purchase or value data either.

I have attempted to use GoogleTagManager to try to diagnose and assess if perhaps the Google Tag/GA4 code is not firing on checkout related pages however bizarrely Tag Assistant loads before then hiding showing data as if implying I do not have the correct level of access (to my knowledge I am admin level however?):
