Hi, I can login to my store on my PC not a problem, but when I try to do the same on my laptop using the same login and password, Google’s reCAPTCHA comes up and will not let me pass, even though I have not installed it or seen it before, can anyone help in where I am going wrong? Many Thanks

Sounds like a browser issue. Enable Javascript, clear history/cache, disable extensions, try incognito mode, etc.

Please check below points:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies on your laptop.

2. Try using an incognito/private window or another browser.

3. Disable any VPN or proxy, these can sometimes trigger reCAPTCHA challenges.

4. Check your network connection, if your laptop is on a different Wi-Fi or public network, Google may treat it as suspicious.
