On 25th june,2024 I ordered from website https://buckest.store/products/snail-mucin-combo?variant=49557350383932, it was cash on delivery. On 29th Saturday order was delivered by bluedart, when I opened the parcel instantly understood that it was a fake product and i got scammed , it not original bottle and some weird fluid was filled in it. I tried contacting bluedart for a return but they mentioned it wasn’t in their hand as it was a fake company. I paid 999 amount for this fake product. When i placed the order didn’t even received the confirmation email from the store, and i thought it might be a scam but when it got delivery i was look okay might we it have product. But it was next level scam going on these day , these shopify store merchant are playing with people money. I even try contacting on the email**[support@buckest.store]** provided on these website. But it seems it’s also fake email to spam. Please help me refund my hard earn money. I will attach some proof for your reference. I even try reporting over here but i don’t have order url just order id:1342 https://help.shopify.com/en/legal?utm_campaign=Guru+Ask&utm_medium=Forums&utm_source=social#/report-an-issue . This store is still up and running and scamming innocent people i would request to take strict action on them.
