Govx discount not working

I added a Govx discount to my shop but when people click for the verification and discount it throws an error. It says:

Discount not available#### Unfortunately, this discount from Fat Viking Coffee is currently not available.#### We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try back again later.

how can I get this to work? Thanks

This works now it took longer than I thought it would to process.
