GraphQl Mutation : Payments App is not installed on the shop

Hello All,

I have an issue while trying to finalize onboarding process for our developpement store with our payment app.

When calling Graphql mutation (PaymentAppConfigure) we got an error :

"message": "Payments App is not installed on the shop."

After some searching, I found someone with the same issue and the solution was to have a published version of the APP. Our payment app has already a published version and we still got this error.

Does someone has already got this error can help please ?

Any replay please. We still facinf this issue and no response from the chat support or by email

In case it works for anyone else, I got the same case where the error appeared even with a published version, I simply uninstalled the app and installed again and it worked as expected, as a side note I installed the app on the store while I waited for the first version of the extension to be approved, so maybe that caused the issue on my end.
