The theme’s name is actually Release: https://themes.shopify.com/themes/release/styles/grasse and the fonts used within are standard Shopify.

I see my colleagues from PageFly already gave you some suggestions on how to identify the fonts, but there’s also a 4th variant and also the easiest one.

You can simply install our theme via the “Free trial” option and check the fonts directly as the theme comes with them configured by default.

That said, Release theme uses:

ITC Avant Garde Gothic - Bold for the headings

Futura - Regular for the body text.
