GTIN Showing as Required in Google Product listings, but already entered in product field?

Hi All,

I’m a little bit at a loss, and am hoping that someone can kindly help point me in the right direction!

I’ve entered the provided barcodes from my suppliers in the correct fields on my product pages, and also made sure that the custom product field is down as ‘false’

I’m also getting what I think are conflicting messages like the below -

Is there anything else that I can do to try and fix this at all please?

Thank you!

Make sure you don’t have duplicate products of products with the same GTIN number

I’m having a same issue and don’t seem to be able to fix it - grateful for any help!

I am having the same issue. My home page gives me a notification “You have products that aren’t listed on Google” that affects 21 products. None of these products are duplicates. All barcodes have been verified as accurate. Google Sales Channel says all products are approved. I don’t know what I’m missing. Please help.

You can check if Shopify is correctly feeding product attributes in Google Merchant Center either under Products / Diagnostics or All Products, click on one with an issue and check Final Attributes.

If there’s something missing you could add it with a supplemental feed (i.e. with Google Sheets) or use another app for the feed.
