Could you help me? I deleted the GTM script from my theme, but after a few hours it came back on its own. I have the Google & YouTube app installed, but GA4 and GADS are turned off; only Merchant Center is on. Could this be it?
If it is a GTM script added to the theme, most likely it’s a tracking app doing this. Check the apps you have installed.
