HI- I’m wanting to move all the footer information (footer menu / social links / newsletter subscription) to the main hamburger menu in the header and remove the footer section completely.

Hi,
First you need to add everything available in the footer to the main navigation menu you are using. Then you can remove these sections from the footer, and the final stage is to hide the footer.
But to be able to give you the exact solution I need to see your store and know which theme you are using.

Hi- I have a few changes that I need. Including the footer elements in the hamburger menu with all HEADER elements including LOGO / MENU / CART & SEARCH ICONS should be WHITE on STATIC and then on SCROLL all elements should change to BLACK with WHITE HEADER BACKGROUND. Both the MAIN MENU & CART drawer colors should be WHITE TEXT on BLACK BACKGROUND. Please let me know if you can help? TY
