Hamburger menu and price appear only when over product image DAWN theme

Hi, so I am relatively new to Shopify as I just switched from BigCartel to Shopify a couple days ago and would like some help. I learned a little bit of coding over the past couple days but there are many things that I don’t know how to do despite many forums pages. I want to have a hamburger menu (the three bars menu) and price and title to only appear when someone hover over the products image.
