My main page isn’t allowing customers to click on drop down menu from mobile.
It’s not loading at all. Please help me.

The problem is coming from the popups you have on your page. After the popups appear you can use the menu correctly. If those popups are apps you have installed, maybe they need to go, there’s apps that you can use to show a popup without breaking your site!

Upon further inspection i think the problem might be the upPromote thing you have installed, seems to really slow everything down.

sorry that didnt solve the issue. I can still see that the page is taking a very long time to load. What is happening is the javascript that is used to display the menu when you click the hamburger icon is being delayed until after the page load.
what other apps have you installed?

Hi, no I haven’t done anything to the code. Shopify admin originally said it was the TipTop - TikTok shippable app. So they deleted the code for that in theme.liquid which didn’t fix the issue.
These are the only apps I have now.
could be this scorpio lab thing, seems to take 20s to load. try getting rid of that.
Hmmm, that’s not displaying as an app. Let me figure out how to delete that.
if you are familiar with how to code, you can go in and delete this line - it’s probably in your theme.liquid file near the bottom
i havent been able to find out what the scopio lab is, their website is weird and very slow too.
Omg I think this fixed it!! The drop down menu is working from mobile now.
And the page is loading so much quicker.
