I’m working with the Booken Theme I downloaded. Ever since I made changes in the appearance of the website in shopify, the hamburger menu on mobile devices stopped showing up. The website is: www.kiliaansportsworld.eu

It sounds like you’re referring to the Brooklyn theme - is that correct?
This is likely due to not having enough menu items listed in your navigation - which is described further in this post. Brooklyn will automatically convert to a hamburger menu once there are too many sections in your header. To resolve this, you can add more header items.
Is there a specific reason you want the hamburger menu? Typically for web browsers, seeing the menu in full is optimal viewing for customers.

No it’s called booken the theme. In the webbrowser it looks good and there is no hamburger menu but when you look at the website with your phone the hamburger menu is there but nothing happens even though I have navigations for it.
My apologies! I shouldn’t have assumed you were referring to Brooklyn. I looked up Booken and it is a third-party theme. In this case, your best bet is to get in touch with the theme developer for further assistance. I found their contact page here.
As far as the changes you encountered, you can always try reverting to a previous version of the theme to get back to the initial style.
Head to Online Store > Themes > Actions > Edit code and select the theme liquid. Here you can click on older versions and revert back to previous backed-up copies of your theme that are created and timestamped based on when you made changes to the code.
