The hamburger menu on mobile for our USA market does not function. Our CND customers have no issues on mobile (our main market) , its just when on the US Markets (Straight-up natural goodness in seductive scents.)
The menu will open initially on first touch showing the 3 main menu parent Items, but will not open any further to show the child-items.
Any help or info regarding why this would happen is appreciated. We’re using the FLEX theme by ‘Out of the Sandbox’ and have contacted them. They have told us that this is a known issue but still have no solutions to offer us. (going on 4 months at this point with no working hamburger menu for our US customers) Just reaching out here in case anyone can offer help with the issue or also dealing with this same issue with Out of the Sandbox.
