bought this air vade hair curler from the add I saw in TikTok, but after a month the product hasn’t arrived, nor the shop app says this shop doesn’t provide tracking number. so I sent an email to the shop wizard2595@gmail.com the result is, their website completely gone, and so the url of my order.
This has also happened to me, exactly the same thing.

There is no way to report this, as shopify ask me to copy URL of the the order confirmation. These scammers know the system. I wish I can just prove the order by email confirmation. I see a lot of people got scammed too here. I have just canceled from buying UV spray soon I know it’s shopify. Shopify should upgrade their system to outplay these fraud. People don’t trust shopify anymore.

If you are unable to get in touch with the store owner, didn’t receive your order within 30 days and believe the store is with Shopify, you can report the issue with the order to the merchant directly via this link. To fill out the form, you need an order confirmation URL. You can actually get the URL link from that email by following these steps. Even if the page doesn’t work you can still copy the URL link and paste into the form.
If you want to request a return of your funds immediately, you can do so by contacting your bank. Some financial institutions have consumer protection mechanisms and will be able to check what options are available to help you with this situation. I recommend reading this article that explains how to request help with the bank. This article was not created by Shopify, so any questions should be addressed directly to the bank.
