Welcome to the club. I have no idea what we did wrong - just got banned after connecting Shopify and eBay will not discuss it as their decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Exactly, it’s completely nonsense and a very bad experience using eBay. If I knew what I did wrong or what to look out for, I would change it in a heartbeat but I just have no idea what that bot is looking at!
