Has anyone else experienced delivery issues with Hofure?

Anyone else had trouble with this company, order placed in October, still no delivery!

What did you mean by this company? Is it Shopify?

With regards to your order with this company, Hofure, have you tried to communicate with them directly to inquire further as to what is happening with your purchase? We always recommend you reply directly to the order confirmation email that you should’ve received after placing your order.

If this is not something that you have, you can revisit their site to look for other ways to communicate with them.

If you have been trying to reach out to the store but to no avail, this is when we recommend you reach out to your bank, the one you used to make this purchase, to inform them of what is happening as they are the ones who can get you your money back.

Thanks Daniel for your reply. I have sent emails and called the only phone number available, (mobile phone), with no response back at all. Looks like a call to the bank now. Even their website appears to be down!

Definitely reaching out to your bank is the best course of action now. Just make sure you show the bank all the attempts of you reaching out to the store as further evidence as they will be asking for that as well.
