While I can’t speak to your specific case as I do not have access to your account, I can provide some general information.
The date of October 12th sounds like the expiration date of the reserve. The expiration date does not mean the funds will be paid out that day. This is simply the expiration of the hold. The funds will be released and then scheduled into a payout based on your regular payout schedule. Payouts in general, take a few days to process, and do not include weekends. As such, your payout could very well be scheduled. However, It is also possible that a reserve may need to be extended, this would have disclosed to you at the time the reserve was placed.
In the meantime, I recommend replying to your email thread with our escalated team as they would be able to provide more context on the payout, when it is scheduled, and if the reserve was in fact extended.
