If shopify would say that the funds will be released from the hold and would say that we can receive our money in the next couple of days i totally could understand that. But we are just going back and fourth with the live chat and nobody is giving a clear answer. Now we received the same mail from the risk team saying that we can’t use shopify payment anymore. This is no suprise because this is the same email we received 200 days ago. It’s sick that you need to fight for your money that is your money that could save a sick child that has stage 2 cancer. We will try our best to make sure we will spread this fraud to everybody on social media because my niece already got some eyeballs on tiktok so i’m happy to spread this thing out if shopify doesn’t come with a solution in the next 48 hours.
