Has anyone else noticed a decline in Shopify support quality?

I have recently noticed a drop in quality for Shopify’s support team. When I joined about a year ago, whenever I needed help with any issue, The response was prompt, support agents used to guide me through the process and eventually we would find a solution. Nowadays, the agents take forever to answer and don’t end up giving me a solution at some times. Just thought I would share this concern because it’s been really frustrating. I hope management will take notice of this.
