Has anyone else used shopify and then suffer a hack that came out no where? We got hacked last Thursday. Was from Canada.

Really? That’s why my account got hacked even with 2FA, passkeys and number safeguards in place? I suggest you read all the shopify hacking threads because it not only happened to me but several other small business owners? Not to mention led to my credit card being hacked, personal bank account being hacked. Please do some research before commenting!!!
Not an cybersecurity expert but seems like you had some kind of worm that stole your cookies or something. Been using Shopify for the last 4-5 years and never faced an issue like this. Stay safe!
Just because it didn’t Happen to you doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Our store was hacked while it was on the pause and built plan. Not even sure how they did it we got our store back 5 days later but have 10,000 fraud orders along with 30,000 subscribers under the same name. This all took place in Canada and it was hacked by Canadian. If shopify was safe you wouldn’t see thousand of businesses owners all writing that their account was hacked - I encourage you to actual look at them!
I can assure that besides Shopify being a great platform, it is safe!
