Has anyone experienced a temporary delisting from the Shopify team?

We are contacting you regarding your app, as we have noticed significant changes since it was submitted for it’s initial review. It is important to note that apps must be in a completed state and maintain the functionality that was previously reviewed. Failure to meet these criteria may result in the app being subject to re-review.

Considering the major changes in your app’s functionality, we have made the decision to temporarily delist your app while we conduct an investigation into its current functionality. This delisting will remain in place until the investigation is complete.

Hi,

Yes, we experienced that before. Usually, the Shopify team will give some time to rectify the issue. Once the issue is rectified, reply to the email. The Shopify team responded quite fast to relist your app again. All the best to your app!
