Has anyone had any success with migrating their site from web.com? The csv file is the wrong format so I can’t upload it and I can’t find an app that offers web.com migration. Any ideas?

If you have catalog file export, you can try using Feeds Bridge it allows you to map catalog feed to shopify fields all the products will be synchronized to your shopify store.

Thank you for reaching out about this. I definitely understand the concern about trying to get a CSV file formatted correctly.
In situations like this, if an app like what @simon-skrod suggested is not a viable solution for you at this time, then I would look at downloading our product CSV template from the Help Center and manually convert a duplicate of your web.com CSV. I strongly recommend keeping an unedited duplicate at all times as a recovery/backup when working with CSV files.
You can read more about CSV files on Shopify and download sample templates to use in our Help Center: Importing products with a CSV file · Shopify Help Center. We also recommend using Google Sheets as your spreadsheet application. Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers may not use the correct format and this could corrupt your CSV file upon import. Our help center also offers more information about this.
If this is for things like the products.csv you need to setup an excel/google-sheets to convert the old platforms CSV data into the new platforms expected CSV format.
