I personally don’t like chatting for solutions to complicated questions.
The last few days I’ve tried to open a support ticket but always redirected to the help page and chat box.
Anyone having a similar experience? I’ve tried with a few different browsers and same result.
I don’t think I can or want to continue long term with that level of support.
Also when I go to support history and some of the AMAZING response I received, I try and click a response and my takes me to a page about taxes.
It’s almost like some sort of degradation in seller support, not to mention what is going on for me with Deliverr/Flexport. I feel like I am back selling on Amazon.
