I am using the Hatchful Logo creation tool. I have a specific logo I would like, and the tool goes through the whole generation process, and emails me my zip file. When I attempt to unzip the zip file, it is empty.
I have tried on Chrome, Firefox, Safari and on two separate computers. I have also created a second account to see if it was related to that login, and the assets are corrupted on that account as well.
