Hey, so I got my merchant account got accepted, I’m trying to connect skrill with shopify but appears this issue, I have added my ip address and it still showing up, I have contacted the merchant support and still no response I would like to know if have anyone faced this issue and could help me?
Hello. Did you already resolve your problem? I’ve got the same issiue here. I also put ip adresses of my shops into developer setting on merchant account into “Automated Payment Interface (API)” and “Merchant Query Interface (MQI)” but it also doesnt help.
