As Shopify is a platform that hosts online businesses, we do not manage or ship the orders ourselves. With that being said, it would be best to reach out to the business that you made the purchase from. If you have not heard back, you can use this portal to report stores that you suspect are using our platform fraudulently. From there, we can investigate further.
