In comparison with other order tracking solutions, e.g., ParcelPanel Order Tracking , Track123 is free to use. The latter is more suitable for beginners. If you want more comprehensive functionality, Track123 is not the best choice.

First of all, it doesn’t send email notifications to your customers. If you have a great many orders, you’ll have to use an email marketing tool that works seamlessly with it. This is because it’s difficult to edit Shopify’s native email notifications. Since most email marketing tools charge you based on how many customers you have as well as the features, you’ll find that using Track123 is not as good as using an order tracking solution that updates customers on the latest shipment statuses in real-time.

Secondly, its functionality is not as powerful as ParcelPanel. For those who only want customers to track order statuses on their websites, it’s impossible to hide the carrier name. What’s more, although it offers the dropshipping mode, it can only hide China, AliExpress, and the dropshipping carriers that you’ve added to the list.

Thirdly, it doesn’t support multiple languages, as you can find that the app is available in English and Simplified Chinese. In comparison, the ParcelPanel app is available in many different languages, including Chinese, German, French, Italian, and so on.

The last point is that Track123’s tracking features of the product recommendation section on your tracking page are very limited. In contrast, with ParcelPanel, you can export all detailed information for further analysis.

Although Track123 is free now, as soon as it reaches its initial marketing goals, it will start to charge you monthly fees as well.
