I am having an issue connecting my shopify store to my instagram account. I have done all I know. I would like to create a new instagram shop that links to a collection in my shopify. I will have a total of 2 instagram accounts.

There is no error. I just cant seem to figure out how to link up a second
instagram to my shopify website.I want to point one to collection 1 and the
other to collection 2. is this possible??
Hi @MEWW I am sure that you can attach 1 account not sure about 2 accounts, but may be there can be a workaround for this.
I will need to look into the store and why the store the is not connecting with the instagram without looking into the store and app I will not be able to help much.

At this time, you can only have one Instagram Account linked to a Shopify Store. This means that you won’t be able to have a second Instagram account linked to the store that links to this second collection.
Is this a particular reason why you’re looking to achieve this functionality? Are the products between these two collections dramatically different from one another to a degree that customers would get confused to see them paired together on one Instagram page?
