Hello, I have an issue with the digital downloads app - when I click “Add Digital File” and it takes me to the dashboard but there is no where to upload a file.
Is there something I am doing wrong or is it another issue.

I just tried adding a digital file on my store, and below is the screen I am seeing. We don’t have any reports on downtime with Digital Downloads, so this may be local to the browser, device, or internet connection.
Please check if you are using an up-to-date web browser. If you don’t use the latest version of your browser, then you might not be able to access your Shopify admin or use all its features. You can see the list of supported browsers here.
Try another internet connection (for example, switch to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi.)
Ensure there are no pop-ups being blocked in the web browser.
Ensure you do not have any firewalls, or pop-up blockers enabled on the device.
