Having an issue getting sales on my website

Can someone please guide me in the correct direction here. I was doing great on etsy until they kicked me out for IP theft because 2 European soccer companies lawyers said something to etsy and etsy did not like that all at once.

I believe the site looks great and functions but have no idea why im not getting any sales. I tried to get on google and they also said that I needed to fix something before they would let me back on and active on google merchant. Im very confused at what I need to do here any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. The site is https://3dprintndesigns.com/

I took a quick look and my read is that this may be less of a Shopify issue and more of a trust/differentiation issue. A lot of the products look like items shoppers could quickly find elsewhere through Google, so the site needs to make it clear why someone should buy from you instead - better pricing, unique bundles, faster shipping, stronger branding, etc.

Since you’ve already had sales on Etsy, I’d try to leverage that audience first. An email blast to past Etsy customers with a small discount or launch offer could help drive some initial orders on the new site and give you a chance to start building reviews there.

I’d also work on a stronger social media presence around the products. Even simple Instagram/TikTok posts with product videos, customer photos, etc.. can make the store feel more legitimate and give visitors more reason to trust the brand.

I appreciate your help and guidance. I was doing great on etsy and as soon as I went onto shopify site no business. Im gonna say trust is a big issue with people buying and appreciate all of your help.

Etsy is a marketplace. Like a mall.

Now you open a Shopify account, which is an empty lot with no one around. Why is there no one around? Because no one knows you exist. You actually are the one who needs to bring people.

But be careful, Shopify will not hesitate to take your lot away too for copyright infringement and intellectual property theft.

Etsy brings shoppers to you, while Shopify gives you more control but you have to drive the traffic yourself. It can be a hinderance up front, but ultimately it’s better for the store owner to own the platform in the long run.

the transition from etsy to your own shopify store is a big shift because on etsy, the marketplace brings you traffic. on your own site you have to earn every single visitor. the google merchant center rejection is probably the most important thing to fix first since that’s free product listing traffic you’re leaving on the table.

for the store itself, focus on what makes your products different from what people can find on amazon or elsewhere. your 3d printed items are actually unique, so lean into that. show the printing process, tell the story behind the designs, and make it clear these aren’t mass-produced. that’s your biggest competitive advantage over generic stores selling similar stuff.
