Having an issue isolating collapse row for each individual product

my store focuses on supplements and instead of having a simple text with ingredients I want to add a collapsible rows for each ingredient for that one particular product. The issue I’m having is that when I add collapsible rows it adds the rows and content for all my products. Anyone good with code to setup for this? I will do this for every product individually.
