Having ID verification issues with Risk Operation Team, what to do?

I’ve been a shopify user for 6 years more or less, I’ve never experience any real issues with shopify and the support team always help me out whenever is needed! How ever I’ve been having a issue for over 4/5 months and no one has been able to help me out, I got a notification that like 5 months ago that I needed to verify my account and they ask for some documents and I submit them, How ever I got a notification telling me that my account can not be verify because my ID was in black & white ??‍ :male_sign: My id was never sent in black & white, I re submit the ID and everything was working fine, fast forward Jan 2022 My shopify payments are in hold because of the same ID issue that was never fixed, my last deposit was made on Jan 10 so I’ts been a month since we’ve had our deposits, I talked to a shopify guru and explaind the entire process and I was told that the Shopify’s Risk Operation Team was going to contact me to help me out with this issue and they never did ??‍ :male_sign: so 2 weeks later I contacted another shopify support team memeber and explain the whole issue again and I was told the same thing that I was going to get contacted by the Shopify’s Risk Operation Team and I am still waiting, I need to fix this issue as prompt as posible because I need those payouts to pay bill and operate the bussine, does anyone has any idea on how I could get help or fix the ID issue ?

When it comes to dealing with payouts being on hold, the only team that can respond to you regarding this will be the Risk Operation Team so while it may not be the most ideal feeling waiting on a response, I can reassure they will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
