having issue in connecting existing domain

I am facing issue in connecting one of my existing domain. It shows an error message that the domain is managed by another store.

Are you specifically encountering the error message “A site with that domain already exists” while attempting to connect your domain? If so, that means your domain is currently connected to a different Shopify store. This typically happens when a domain used to be owned by somebody else, and they previously connected it to their own admin. Once a domain expires and the ownership isn’t renewed, it can be purchased by anyone even if it’s still connected to a store.

To resolve this issue, you’ll need to have the domain removed from the store in question so you can connect it to yours. Our support team can assist you with this and you can contact them by visiting https://bit.ly/3cJkx8V and logging in to your account. After doing so, you’ll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and team. Simply type in the topic, click Search then scroll down to the bottom of the page to click Continue under Get Support. You’ll then see the option to create a support ticket on the next page.
