Please I need help with advise on how to recover my Shopify Shop Account as I am currently experiencing problem signing into my Shop Account using the 2 steps verification sign in procedure. I know my user name and password but have problem with the Verification step due to a change of my old phone where the second step was originally set up. I will appreciate steps to adopt in using my new phone in making a new set up of the 2nd step verification.

Upon doing so, please opt for the option that states, “I do not have a store/account”, so you can bypass the log in process and reach our live team. Once you do, you can inform them of this log in issue and they can assist you from there once they verify your credentials.
