I have been having problems posting my products to my Instagram and Facebook I’ve tried several times but unable to figure it out can someone help please. Thank you.

Could you let me know which problem you had when trying to upload your products? For example if there is an error notification?
No there is no error the picture is not showing up. It is saying that I am
unable to open Facebook to post and unable to post to Instagram.
