To gather more insight, could you advise where you’re located? The reason I ask is, I’d like to check our Payment Gateway resource to ensure that Payoneer is available to you.
The error messages you’re seeing sound like it may be related to a local issue. Does this error message occur when integrating other third-party payment providers? Have you tried using just WiFi or just data when integrating Payoneer?
For better visibility, could you 1) share a screenshot of the error message and 2) what steps you took prior to the error message appearing. This will help our team determine what part of the process you’re experiencing issues.
