I’ve been trying to contact through live chat for three days now but the contact support button is not showing anymore. And the email isn’t working.

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you see on your end in the Shopify Help Center?
To confirm, have you tried selecting different support options to see if our Chat with us or Leave a message option displays?
To further investigate, could you try the troubleshooting methods listed below:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
In the meantime, if the issue is non-account-specific, you can share your question here and I’ll be happy to take a look.
I’ve tried the suggestions still not working this is what I see
there supposed to be a clickable link around get support but it’s not showing

When accessing the Shopify Help Center, could you please try the steps listed below?
- Instead of logging into your account, ensure you’re logged out and select Can’t log in to your Shopify account.
- On the following page, select I still can’t access my account.
On the last page, you should be able to see the available contact options displayed.
