I tried disabling comments on blog posts using the steps Shopify recommends (Shopify > Online Store > Manage Blogs > disable comments). But when I get to the “Manage Blogs” page with the list of blog posts, none of my blog posts show up. I’m not sure why this is happening - any advice?
In each blog post, under the Organization subsection, I have “News” selected under the Blog menu. Could this be why? Should it be something different? Alternatively, can you delete comments on blog articles that get published in the News section (i.e. without having to change the selection away from News (under the Blog menu))?
