Having trouble installing the Printful app?

Hi, I am unable to install the Printful app. I am getting an error when trying to install, what am i doing wrong?

I go to the app store, find the app, click install and I get the below error.

To ensure this is not related to a browser issue, I’d encourage you to attempt some local troubleshooting steps. For ease, I’ve gone ahead and listed these steps below for you to attempt to see if this helps to resolve:

  • Clear your Cache and Cookies.
  • Access the shop in an Incognito Tab.
  • Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Chrome, Firefox, or Safari).
  • Try Another Device.
  • Try accessing from the Shopify Mobile App.
  • Try Restarting your device.
  • Make sure your device is Up To Date.

After completing all of the outlined steps above, you continue to receive the error outlined above, please feel free to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as I wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community.

To connect, you can:

  • Head over to our Help Center.
  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.
  • Log into your shop.
  • Select one of the available support options.

I managed to fix the issue by trying a number of times.
