Having trouble reaching Shopify customer service?

I can’t get in contact with Shopify by phone or chat. The link sent just goes round in cirlces.

Has these been a problem for others Please help.

You can prevent going in circles by following the instructions below

  1. Click this link, Contact Shopify Support, and log in to your store.

  2. You should be routed to the page like the image below.

  1. Instead of clicking on any choices provided, type the keyword, whatever you need help with in the search box.

  2. For me, I just type “qqqq” and the “Continue” button with “Get Support” appears. See image below. You can also see this button at the very bottom of the page if you type something else.

  1. Click the “Continue” button and it should route you the page like the image below. I usually choose chat for faster reply.

As @made4Uo has mentioned, you’ll need to log in to your store to create a support request. However, our process for contacting support has changed a bit. I’ll share the steps and screenshots below for better visibility.

How to contact Shopify Support

  • Head over to our Help Center and log in to your store.
  • You’ll need to select a topic from the ones provided:
  • On the following page, select a sub-topic from the options provided (the sub-topic options will differ based on the initial topic you’ve selected):
  • After choosing a sub-topic, scroll down to the very bottom of the page where you’ll see our available support options under Get Support:
