Hello, I’m trying to finish setting up my new store. Yesterday I purchased a new domain and today my profile disappeared. When I log in my page is just blank, like it won’t load up or something. Anyways is this normal? or who should I contact for help? Thanks

I’m sorry you are experiencing issues with logging into your store. We did have a few technical problems with accessing stores this morning, which is probably what the issue you are having is. It has since been resolved, and you should be able to log in successfully to your store. Complete local troubleshooting, such as clearing your cache/cookies, closing the browser completely, and opening it again. This should allow for a new connection, allowing you to access your store.
