I was taking a basic plan.For that I was trying to set up my PayPal account but Shopify teling my that my info isn’t correct but I can login with it in my PayPal account.

The problem of adding wrong Paypal payment information is a common problem.
Our handling:
You can add a mobile or Desktop payment method, and proceed to the next steps
Paypal has 2 forms, personal and business: for some reason you are locked, please proceed to create a new account and add it.
