When I try to setup the ad I get “You cannot create marketing activities for the following products because they are unavailable in your online store: EasySharp Hand-held Sharpener”. However, it is available within my online store.
Hello @Gilbert8 ,

There could be a few reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
→ Sometimes, browser cache and cookies can cause display issues. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, and then try setting up the ad again.
→ Double-check that the product “EasySharp Hand-held Sharpener” is indeed available in your Shopify store and is not marked as out of stock or hidden. Make sure the product is active and has the correct inventory status.
→ Make sure the product is visible to all users, not limited to a specific group or customer tag, which can be confirmed in your Shopify admin under product settings, and also validate that the product is enabled for the intended marketing and sales channels to be used in your ad campaign, as there might be unintentional exclusions from certain channels.
→ If you opt for platforms such as Facebook Ads, it’s essential to ensure that your product catalog is accurately synchronized and current. Such synchronization issues can occasionally lead to inconsistencies between your Shopify store and the advertising platform
→ For products with variations (such as diverse colors or sizes), it’s advisable to verify the availability of all variants for purchase. Should a specific variant be unavailable due to being out of stock or concealed, it could potentially trigger an error."
→ Temporarily disable any recent third-party apps you’ve added to your Shopify store to check for conflicts with functionalities, and consider switching to a default theme to test if any product visibility issues are connected to your current theme or custom code modifications.
→ If you’ve tried all the above steps and are still encountering the issue, it might be a technical glitch or a more specific problem related to your Shopify store. Contact Shopify’s customer support for assistance.
