Having Trouble With Shopify Community or Store Setup – Need Help

Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue on Shopify and I’m not sure how to fix it. Whenever I try to work on my store / interact with the Shopify Community, something doesn’t seem to work as expected. I’m not sure if it’s a technical problem, a settings issue, or something I’m missing.

Here’s what’s happening:

  • I try to perform certain actions but the page doesn’t load properly or behaves unexpectedly.

  • I’m not sure if it’s a problem with my account, browser, or something on Shopify’s side.

Has anyone experienced similar issues?
What steps should I follow to troubleshoot this?

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

hi John could you be more specific please?

@john954999 sounds like just a browser or operating system issues.
Try in a different browsers, devices, etc
if it works elsewhere then go out and look up info on troubleshooting browsers, or operating systems; which may or may not just need a reinstall for either

Are you referring to the issue with your store? Have you try to open the link in the incognito mode? Also, if you could share your store url and we can try to open the same link here. In this way we have better idea where the issue in your device only or the issue also on our side too.

P.S: If the store is password protected then also share the store password.
