I found hcaptcha.js , hsw.js and others .js loadin on product and colections page. It’s making my site slower and a cant find where i can turn it off.
I already uncheck captcha on online store > preferences.
Can you help me to find how to block it?

I do not recommend removing captcha in settings (and it’s not related to your case).
In your case captcha files are loaded by Shopify Forms app to try to protect from the fraudulent subscriptions.
You may try switching this form to popup on second visit, rather than first. This should help with pagespeed evaluation.
