Please go to your Online Store > Themes > Customize > Header, in Desktop logo position, select Middle center, click Save button.
After that, please crop your logo to remove blank space to solve the issue of the logo not aligning with your header.

You have not cropped your logo image yet. It is still square, which causes the issue with your header.

Hi Dan, thanks for your response. do you have any idea how i can add a logo without that box/background that you pointed out around it. The ‘local nutrition’ logo was exported from canva with the background removed, im not sure why that box appears around it after adding it to my theme. Many thanks for your help
