I have recently had the problem that when I open my site from my phone and want to open the menu, it does not work… Means my mobile screen becomes a little white, as if something is loaded, but I get nothing displayed. I then have to tap on the right edge, so that the white disappears… I don’t know if it’s because I installed the “beeclever” cookie app with the icon that stays on the left side… Tried to disable the app, but the menu still won’t change.
Can someone please help me

When did you notice the problem? After installing the application? Sometimes uninstalling an application is not enough to fix an issue because some applications leave bits of code on your shop and this can be a problem in some cases.
I visited your shop on a smartphone, but did not notice the problem. I suggest you clear your browser’s cache and delete and try again. In the meantime, you can revisit your site in a private tab or in a browser you haven’t used before when visiting the site.
