My Problem is that I want to have a different product page for different products, but if I create one and put it on a product, the header just clones. How can I fix that?

It happens if you had added the header once again on that product template.

I got what’s wrong in this screenshots.
You have to delete or hide the announcement bar, background and header from the customization which are in the section lists.
like shown in below image.
Hope this solution works best for your issue.
